A shocking video has emerged showing the moment a groom died at his wedding celebration after a gunman blasted him at close range.
According to reports, newly-married Sunnil Verma, 25, was celebrating his special day with a few guests before the gunman shot him in the chest.
In the viral video which was captured by the wedding photographer, the gunman who wore an orange long sleeve shirt is seen clutching a gun, which goes off as he aimed at the groom.
The shooter also fired again for the second time, leaving the groom clutching his chest before he fell forward.
Police in Uttar Pradesh's Lakhimpur Kheri district in India have launched a manhunt for the shooter on suspicion of murder.
A police statement read: 'Prima facie it appears that the groom was killed during the celebratory firing, but police are probing other angles too.'
'The killing seems to have happened during celebratory gunfire but it is not clear if the incident is thought to be intentional or an accident.'
